Comprehensive Consultations
Holistic consultations to address your current healrth status and work toward your health goals with client-centred nutrition treatment planning.
Holistic Nutrition Initial Consultation
This is a 75 minute Telehealth consultation for new clients and includes your individualised treatment plan.
Holistic Nutrition Follow-up Consultation
This is a 45 minute Telehealth consultation for existing clients and includes an updated individualised treatment plan. Clients are eligible within six months of Holistic Nutrition Initial Consultation.
Express Consultations
Holistic consultations to empower you where you are in your health journey and provide that extra support.
Holistic Meal Plan
This is a completely individualised, tailored meal plan considering a whole range of factors influencing the clients health and lifestyle. This service includes one 30 minute Telehealth consult and a meal plan for one month.
Meal Plan Adjustment/Add-on
This service offers clients a follow-up Telehealth consult to request any adjustments to their meal plan based on their feedback and up to 2 weeks added to their meal plan. Clients are eligible within 8 weeks of initial Meal Plan consult.
Knowledge Share Consult
This is a 30 minute Telehealth consult where you can address nutritional questions in return for advice. This does not include a nutrition plan, but may include resources where appropriate.
Please note recommended supplementation and testing will incur additional costs and will be discussed in consultations.
